1. Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels.
• A non-refundable deposit (percentage of service fee) is required to secure your slot.
• Bookings without deposits will not be confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if rescheduling is done within the notice period.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposits.

3. Service Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15–20 minutes grace period applies, after which a late fee may be charged or your appointment may be canceled.
• Clients are advised to come with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise stated.
• Extra services (bleaching, coloring, wig customization, etc.) attract additional fees.

4. Home Service

• Home service is available at an extra charge, which depends on your location.

5. Payments

• Full payment must be made before or immediately after service.
• We accept transfers and cash payments.

6. Wig Orders & Revamps

• Processing time varies depending on the service (wig customization,  or revamp).

7. Training Policy (if applicable)

• Training fees must be paid in full before the program begins.
• Students are required to come with their own wigs/frontals, mannequin heads, and tripods.
• Fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under certain conditions.

8. General

• Mohann_Signature reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in cases of misconduct, lateness, or failure to comply with these policies.
• By booking with us, you automatically agree to our business policies.
