At Mohann_Signature, we are committed to delivering premium hairstyling services with professionalism, creativity, and excellence. To ensure the best experience for both our clients and our team, kindly take note of the following policies:
1. Bookings & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels.
- A non-refundable deposit (percentage of service fee) is required to secure your slot.
- Bookings without deposits will not be confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if rescheduling is done within the notice period.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposits.
3. Service Policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15–20 minutes grace period applies, after which a late fee may be charged or your appointment may be canceled.
- Clients are advised to come with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise stated.
- Extra services (bleaching, coloring, wig customization, etc.) attract additional fees.
4. Home Service
- Home service is available at an extra charge, which depends on your location.
5. Payments
- Full payment must be made before or immediately after service.
- We accept transfers and cash payments.
6. Wig Orders & Revamps
- Processing time varies depending on the service (wig customization, or revamp).
7. Training Policy (if applicable)
- Training fees must be paid in full before the program begins.
- Students are required to come with their own wigs/frontals, mannequin heads, and tripods.
- Fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled under certain conditions.
8. General
- Mohann_Signature reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in cases of misconduct, lateness, or failure to comply with these policies.
- By booking with us, you automatically agree to our business policies.
